Skin for FM 2020 regular career mode and widescreen (1920x1080).

In this 1.7 version the bugs related to the missing images caused by the code changes in the last SI update are fixed. I also did some tweaks 
- role rating bar graphics and circular graphics
- match intro panel (now the kit colours correspond to that one used in the match)
- ....I really forgot what other tweaks I did :
