 This file is made by FusionDB for FM19 and I converted and tested it for FM20. Im uploading it because it's great and matches to my lower leagues project.

File contains playable leagues:

Serie A TIM
Serie BKT
Serie C
Serie D
Campionato Eccellenza
Campionato di Promozione
LND Prima Categoria
+Primavera 1, 2 and 3
+Eccelenza regional cups
+Added awards, media, nicknames, fixes for kits, finances, derbys, stadiums etc.

Subscribe and start new game.
Destination folder: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\editor data (create if not exist).

I recommend to use the following options at the start of the game:
- Add players to playable teams
